FOR ESTABLISHED E-COM & LEAD-GEN BRANDS

Your store records the sale. Meta and Google may never see it.

And almost nobody checks how big the gap is.

That means you're paying full price for partial results: CPAs creep up, retargeting gets worse, and budget gets pulled from campaigns that were actually working.

Avinian rebuilds the measurement layer so the platforms receive a consented, deduplicated record of what actually happened, sent from your own domain and running in infrastructure you own. The bidding models then learn from your real sales instead of from whatever survived the browser.

No creative changes. No budget changes. Better results.

Your ads look fine. Your tracking is quietly broken.

When browser restrictions and consent configuration strip out conversions, Meta and Google optimize on a partial picture.

Platforms optimize incomplete data

If Shopify recorded more orders last week than Meta did, the platform is optimising against the smaller number. That gap is measurable. It's just rarely measured.

Best buyers go invisible

Ad blockers and consent banners erase purchases before they ever reach Meta or Google.

Measurement has no clear owner

The agency owns campaigns. Developers own the store. Platforms own their reports. The measurement between them often has no clear owner.

The result: higher CPAs, weaker retargeting, and budget decisions made on distorted data.

August 26 changes the maths

On August 26, Shopify will automatically upgrade remaining non-Plus Thank You and Order Status pages. Legacy ScriptTags on those pages will stop working. Any tracking or customisation still dependent on the old setup needs to be identified, replaced and verified before then.

WHAT WE DO

The fix sits underneath your campaigns, not inside them.

Avinian rebuilds the data flow from your store into Meta, Google, and the rest of your marketing stack, so more of your real conversions arrive reliably and within consent rules.

Conversion Tracking Audit

We map where purchases, carts, and checkout events are breaking before they reach your ad platforms.

Implementation

We build the measurement stack your setup actually needs. Server-side GTM, Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, consent handling, first-party data flow, and validation on every event before anything goes live.

Measurement Assurance

Ad platforms update requirements. Shopify changes checkout behaviour. Browser rules tighten. We monitor and adapt the infrastructure continuously so your data stays clean.

SIMPLE PROCESS

How a Measurement Project Works

Three steps. No guesswork on your end. No surprises on delivery.

1

Diagnose & Scope

We start with a free scan of what's visible from your storefront. If there's a real gap, we move to the full audit: read access to your store and ad accounts, every core event validated, every break documented. You receive a written report and a recorded walkthrough. The audit is $850, credited in full against your implementation.

3

Handover & Calibration

You receive the measurement blueprint, a recorded walkthrough, and verification evidence. From go-live, the first 90 days run as a calibration period: we watch the data settle, correct drift as the platforms re-learn, and confirm the rebuilt signal is holding. After that, Measurement Assurance continues on a rolling three-month term.

First, we see if there is a real gap worth closing

Avinian works with brands where we can see a meaningful tracking gap, a serious paid media budget, and a clear commercial reason to fix the foundation.

Measurement Scan

FREE

A preliminary read on what's visible from your public storefront. No account access required. We check how your pixels are firing, whether core events are reaching Meta and Google, and whether there are signs of a measurement gap worth investigating further.

Meta and Google pixel behaviour

Core event firing (view, cart, checkout, purchase)

Consent configuration indicators

Server-side infrastructure signals

Checkout tracking exposure ahead of Shopify's August 26 migration

Full validation requires account access. We confirm findings before moving forward.

Conversion Tracking Audit

$850

A complete review of your tracking architecture - browser-side and server-side. We go into your accounts. We map every point where conversion data breaks down before it reaches Meta or Google, validate your event quality, check deduplication and consent handling, and document exactly what needs to be fixed and why.

Full pixel and server-side event audit

Event Match Quality and deduplication review

Consent signal and data flow mapping

Shopify checkout and post-purchase tracking review

Structured written report of every gap found

60-minute recorded review call with recommendations

Delivered as a written audit report + a 60-minute recorded review call. Credited in full against implementation if signed within 30 days of audit delivery.

Implementation

We build the infrastructure that puts accurate conversion data back into your ad platforms.

Based on what the audit finds, we design and implement the tracking stack your setup actually needs, on a managed host or inside your own Google Cloud project, tailored to your store, your ad platforms, and your customer journey. Your team stays informed throughout.

The infrastructure sits in accounts you own. Every implementation moves into a 90-day calibration period at launch, then continues on a rolling three-month term.

Server-side infrastructure, managed host or client-owned GCP

Meta Conversions API + Google Enhanced Conversions

Shopify checkout event coverage including Shop Pay

First-party customer identity resolution

Event deduplication and consent-layer integration

90-day calibration period, then rolling quarterly Measurement Assurance

Pricing: Implementation and the first 90 days are quoted together, as one number. Scoped to your store and requirements.

Your marketing team runs campaigns. We keep watch over the measurement layer beneath them.

Measurement Assurance

INCLUDED WITH EVERY IMPLEMENTATION

Continuous monitoring and maintenance of the infrastructure feeding your ad platforms.

A measurement build isn't finished when it goes live. The platforms need time to re-learn from the corrected signal, and the setup needs watching while they do. That's why every implementation includes a 90-day calibration period. After that, Shopify updates change tracking behaviour, ad platforms push new conversion requirements, and browsers tighten restrictions. We monitor continuously and fix issues before they affect your data, without your team needing to track any of it.

90-day calibration period from go-live

Core event monitoring (purchase, checkout, add-to-cart)

Monthly measurement health report

Verification after every platform or store change

Routine maintenance for platform and Shopify changes

Investigation and fix for material tracking failures

The calibration period is quoted as part of your implementation. Assurance then continues on a rolling three-month term, scoped to your stack.

Technical depth.

Human communication.

Is Avinian the right fit?

Good fit

Established online store with real traffic

Meta or Google (or TikTok & Pinterest) is a meaningful acquisition channel

Monthly ad spend above $10,000

You see conflicting conversion numbers across platforms

Nobody currently owns measurement quality

You want ongoing technical accountability, not a one-time pixel install

Not yet

Ad spend below $10,000/month

No active Meta or Google Ads campaigns

You need a full-service media buying agency

You’re looking for the cheapest pixel installation

If this isn't the right fit, we're happy to point you somewhere useful.

Common Questions

What is included in the Measurement Scan?

The Measurement Scan is a preliminary review of what's visible from your public storefront - no account access required. We check how your Meta and Google (or TikTok and Pinterest for example) pixels are firing, whether core events (product view, add to cart, checkout, purchase) are reaching the platforms, whether your consent configuration is contributing to data loss, and whether there are indicators of server-side infrastructure already in place. The scan identifies likely gaps and tells you honestly whether a full audit would be warranted. If there's no meaningful issue, we'll tell you that too.

What does the $850 Conversion Tracking Audit include?

The audit requires read access to your ad accounts and Shopify store. We review your complete tracking architecture, browser-side and server-side, validate event quality, check for deduplication, assess consent signal handling, and map exactly where conversion data is breaking before it reaches Meta or Google. You receive a structured written report documenting every gap found and our recommended fix for each, plus a 60-minute recorded review call where we walk through the findings and answer your team's questions. The $850 audit fee is credited in full against implementation if signed within 30 days of audit delivery, so if you go ahead, the audit costs you nothing.

How is this different from just using Shopify's built-in tracking?

Shopify's native integrations (the Meta app, the Google & YouTube app) send basic conversion data through browser-side pixels. The problem is that browser-side tracking fails silently in several common scenarios: Safari restricts cookie lifespans, ad blockers block pixel requests, Shopify's checkout runs inside a sandboxed iframe that limits what client-side code can access, and users who pay with Shop Pay complete checkout on a separate domain entirely. Server-side tracking routes purchase data directly from Shopify's backend to your ad platforms, bypassing those browser restrictions entirely. It's not a replacement for native integrations - it's the infrastructure that ensures your real conversions actually arrive. As of 26 August 2026, Shopify has also sunset Additional Scripts and legacy script tags on the Thank You and Order Status pages for non-Plus stores. The supported replacement, Web Pixels, runs in a sandboxed iframe with no direct DOM access and only scoped, permissioned cookie access. Migrating to it is necessary, but it does not on its own restore what a browser-only setup was losing.

What technologies do you use?

We build on server-side Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API, Google Enhanced Conversions and the relevant platform event feeds. Hosting can be managed through a specialist provider, such as Addingwell or Stape, or deployed inside the client’s own Google Cloud project. The audit determines which model fits the client’s volume, governance and technical requirements. For brands with higher event volumes, data residency requirements, procurement constraints, or an existing Google Cloud estate, we deploy directly into your own GCP project on Cloud Run, so the infrastructure and the billing sit inside your organisation. The audit determines which. You are never put on a platform because it happens to be the one we always use.

Do I need to give you admin access to my store?

The free Measurement Scan requires no account access - it's based entirely on what's publicly visible from your storefront. The full Conversion Tracking Audit requires read-level access to your Shopify store and your Meta and Google Ads accounts. We use this access to review event quality and data flow - we don't make changes to your accounts without your explicit approval, and we can work within a scoped access level if your team prefers.

How long does the setup take?

The Conversion Tracking Audit is typically completed within 5-7 business days of receiving account access. Implementation of the full server-side infrastructure takes 2-4 weeks depending on your store's complexity, the number of ad platforms in scope, and any custom event requirements. We work around your team's availability and do not require a development sprint or significant internal resource from your side.

Is this only for Shopify stores?

Shopify is where we do most of our work, because the checkout sandbox and the August 2026 migration created the most consistent and most expensive gaps in the market. The measurement problem is not Shopify-specific, though. We work on WooCommerce, custom and headless storefronts, and lead-generation and B2B setups where CRM and offline conversions need to reach the ad platforms. If you're spending real money on paid media and nobody owns measurement quality, the work is the same shape.

What if you don't find a significant gap?

We'll tell you. If the Measurement Scan or Conversion Tracking Audit reveals that your tracking is already solid - server-side infrastructure in place, events firing reliably, deduplication working, consent handled correctly - we'll document that and let you know there's nothing material to fix. We'd rather lose a $850 Conversion Tracking Audit than build a commercial relationship on a problem that doesn't exist.

How does Measurement Assurance work?

Measurement Assurance begins the day your implementation goes live. The first 90 days are a calibration period: the platforms are re-learning from the corrected signal, and that window is when drift and edge cases surface. We monitor the agreed measurement layer, investigate material anomalies and maintain the implemented configuration as platforms and storefronts change. Monitoring reduces the time between a material issue appearing and it being investigated; it does not guarantee that every platform or site change will be detected before any data is affected. Measurement Assurance covers the existing site, platforms and measurement infrastructure included in the agreed implementation scope. New sites, new markets, newly added ad platforms, major redesigns and material architecture changes are assessed and quoted separately. The engagement renews in three-month terms and can be cancelled with written notice at least 30 days before the next renewal date.

What results can I expect?

We can't guarantee specific revenue or ROAS outcomes - those depend on your creative, your offer, your audiences, and many variables we don't control. What Avinian commits to is a documented implementation, event-level testing and verification against the agreed measurement plan. Better measurement gives the platforms stronger inputs, but campaign and revenue outcomes still depend on factors outside the measurement layer. Published results from brands running this architecture include a 26% reduction in prospecting CPA (Yves Rocher), a 152% increase in Google Ads orders (myBlend), and a 50% improvement in ROAS (Decathlon Travel). These are third-party published outcomes, not Avinian client results. They reflect the impact of better signal on platform optimisation, which is the same mechanism we implement.
